装备科研招标项目的价值工程评标模型

应用价值工程分析方法系统研究装备科研招标项目的评标问题,提出了功能指标体系,建立了功能评价系数、成本评价系数和价值评价系数模型,并举例介绍了此评标方法的实现过程。     

面向对象的燃气发生器地面试验柔性控制模型与实现

根据燃气发生器地面试验对控制的需求,分析了其控制行为,提出了面向对象的燃气发生器地面试验柔性控制模型。模型先进合理,符合目前测控技术发展的方向。在该模型基础上实现了柔性控制系统,能够满足各种型号的燃气发生器地面试验对控制的需求,并在试验中得到了成功的应用。与以前的控制系统相比,该系统具有可靠性高、结构简单、操作简单灵活等特点。     

当代资本主义经济周期再认识

技术革命、政府宏观调控以及经济全球化等方面影响的两重性,在引起资本主义经济周期新变化的同时,也导致了经济周期理论的进一步发展。所以,以一种新的视角研究当代资本主义的经济周期对发展马克思主义政治经济学理论具有重要的理论与实际意义。     

Resale price maintenance contracts with retailer sales effort: Effect of flexibility and competition

In Resale Price Maintenance (RPM) contracts, the manufacturer specifies the resale price that retailers must charge to consumers. We study the role of using a RPM contract in a market where demand is influenced by retailer sales effort. First, it is well known that RPM alone does not provide incentive for the retailer to use adequate sales effort and some form of quantity fixing may be needed to achieve channel coordination. However, when the market potential of the product is uncertain, RPM with quantity fixing is a rigid contract form. We propose and study a variety of RPM contracts with quantity fixing that offer different forms of flexibility including pricing flexibility and quantity flexibility. Second, we address a long‐time debate in both academia and practice on whether RPM is anti‐competitive in a market when two retailers compete on both price and sales effort. We show that depending on the relative intensity of price competition and sales effort competition, RPM may lead to higher or lower retail prices compared to a two‐part tariff contract, which specifies a wholesale price and a fixed fee. Further, the impact of RPM on price competition and sales effort competition is always opposite to each other. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics, 2006

体系结构产品是C4ISR体系结构框架中定义的体系结构描述形式,因此体系结构产品设计是体系结构设计的关键环节。基于C4ISR体系结构框架,对作战节点连接关系、作战活动模型、系统接口描述等核心体系结构产品进行规范化描述,分析了这些核心体系结构产品的数据相关性,提出了体系结构产品设计的检验方法。

新型复杂武器装备早期部署阶段军代表技术保障工作研究与实践

新型复杂武器装备形成部队战斗力问题是我军武器装备建设与发展面临的重大课题,其早期部署阶段的技术保障工作更是形成部队战斗力的重中之重,涉及到研制生产单位、院校、部队等各方面工作。本文着重围绕新型复杂武器装备早期部署阶段军代表的技术保障工作进行了研究,并结合某型自行高炮武器系统的实践,提出了建立以军代表为核心和纽带的新装备尽快形成战斗力的技术保障工作模式。     

Opportunistic retooling of a flexible machine subject to failure

A set of jobs can be processed without interruption by a flexible machine only if the set of tools required by all jobs can be loaded in the tool magazine. However, in practice the total number of tools required by a job set would exceed the tool magazine capacity. In such situations, the job set has to be carefully partitioned at the start of the production run such that each partition can be processed without interruption. During the production run, if there are unscheduled machine downtimes due to machine failure, this provides an additional opportunity to optimally retool the magazine for a smaller job set consisting of just the unprocessed jobs. In this paper, we study job sequencing rules that allow us to minimize the total expected cost of machine down time due to machine failures and magazine retooling, assuming a dynamic re‐sequencing of the unprocessed jobs after each machine failure. Using these rules, we develop a branch‐and‐bound heuristic that allows us to solve problems of reasonable size. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 48: 79–97, 2001     

退化速率跟踪粒子滤波在剩余使用寿命预测中的应用

毋庸置疑,剩余使用寿命预测对于设备的健康管理越来越重要。近年来粒子滤波方法被越来越多地应用到设备寿命预测技术当中,这是因为粒子滤波方法能更好地解决非线性非高斯系统滤波问题,而且能够获得不确定度信息。但该方法的预测性能却过度依赖于预测模型,并且对于模型参数的初始分布也比较敏感,这在一定程度上限制了粒子滤波预测方法的进一步发展。针对基本粒子滤波预测方法的不足,提出了一种基于退化速率跟踪粒子滤波的通用预测框架,以历史观测数据的退化速率统计规律作为指导来跟踪目标数据的退化速率,实现对粒子滤波预测方法的简化,并将该方法用于轴承和锂离子电池的剩余使用寿命预测,验证了方法的有效性。     

虚拟环境下柔性线缆建模方法

研究了虚拟环境下柔性线缆建模方法，给出了离散控制点线缆简化模型和计算各离散控制点坐标值的算法。针对柔性线缆在虚拟环境中的碰撞检测问题，具体分析了从物体侧面绕过和从物体上表面经过2种碰撞检测情况，基于深度矢量和体矢量碰撞检测算法，给出了碰撞检测响应算法。
